Manerba combines unusually rich lakeside nature with a large choice of genuine campsites. The Rocca, long beaches, small harbours and the Valtenesi make it one of the most versatile camping bases on the western shore.

Peschiera is one of Lake Garda’s most practical camping bases: directly on the water, with a historic fortified town, railway station, cycle routes and very short access to Gardaland.
Explore placeRiva del Garda combines camping by the water with a real town, large lakeside areas and direct access to some of the best-known outdoor routes in northern Lake Garda. It is especially practical for campers who want to leave the car, motorhome or caravan parked as often as possible.

Arco is the camping base for travellers who mainly want to experience northern Lake Garda actively. Climbing cliffs, the Sarca cycle route, old town and castle are close together while the lake remains easy to reach.

Brenzone is the quieter camping side of the eastern shore: many small villages, a nine-kilometre waterfront path, olive groves and Monte Baldo immediately behind the lake. Smaller campsites and agricamping properties dominate instead of large holiday resorts.

San Felice is the quieter camping alternative between Manerba and Salò: green surroundings, several true lakeside campsites, Portese, the San Fermo peninsula and views towards Isola del Garda define the area.

Sirmione is not a classic camping town but an exceptional peninsula with a castle, old town, thermal water and Roman ruins. Campsites deliberately sit south of the historic centre around Colombare and Lugana.
